American Event Rental started from humble beginnings—founded in 2019 with no truck, no warehouse, and just a vision and event rental experience. We relied on storage units, rented trucks as needed, and eventually bought an old truck to keep up with growing demand. That old pick up truck was replaced with a newer bigger pick up truck and eventually upgraded to a box truck equipped with a liftgate. Through hard work and dedication, that small operation has grown into a thriving event rental company, now operating out of a warehouse in Attleboro, MA. Serving primarily Bristol & Norfolk County as well as Rhode Island but will travel further. From starting with just a few 20 wide tents American Event Rental now has over 20,000 square feet of tents in its inventory ranging in size from 10x10 to 40x100.
Today, American Event Rental provides everything needed to create unforgettable backyard parties, elegant weddings, and professional corporate events. From tents, tables, and chairs to dance floors, staging, and lighting, we offer a complete selection of rental items to suit any occasion. Our seating options range from basic folding chairs to white padded garden chairs, padded chestnut folding chairs, and gold or white Chiavari chairs for a refined touch.
Beyond the essentials, we supply all the small details that make an event seamless—coffee makers, chafing dishes, bars, coolers, trash cans, uplights, yard games, table linens, and food concession machines. For those looking to add extra fun, we also offer bounce houses, water slides, and obstacle courses to keep guests entertained.
