If interested in a tent rental we will come out and measure the space for free. This way we all know the space available and can determine which tents and layouts are possible. We then use 3D event design software to help bring ideas to life in the planning process. This ensures everyone is on the same page with the design before install day. We typically set up corporate tents 2-3 days before to give plenty of time for other vendors and arrangements but the exact timeline can be worked out to avoid any timing issues.

To anchor our frame tents on parking lots or other paved areas, we use heavy-duty Block and Roll concrete ballast designed specifically for the tent industry. These high-strength blocks ensure maximum stability and safety and avoids the need to stake into the ground, potentially damaging the parking lot. For a clean, polished look, we offer white vinyl covers for the ballasts, helping to maintain a professional and aesthetically pleasing presentation.
